With over a decade of experience, we are a boutique architecture and interior design studio creating rooted modern spaces that are thoughtful, functional, and aspirational. We believe great design begins with listening — shaping environments that reflect individuality while balancing timeless aesthetics, comfort, and purpose.

From concept to completion, our approach is collaborative, detail-oriented, and deeply mindful. Through refined design sensibilities, clear communication, and an emphasis on effortless functionality, we craft spaces that feel elegant, enduring, and deeply personal.

Geeva Chandana Balasubramanian

PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT + DIRECTOR

Rooted in a philosophy of mindful modernism, Chandana approaches architecture as an interplay of context, materiality, and human experience. The practice is guided by a refined design language that merges contemporary sensibilities with the depth and restraint of Indian spatial traditions, creating environments that are timeless, understated, and deeply evocative.

Each project is approached with sensitivity to landscape, climate, proportion, and the rhythms of everyday living — shaping spaces that feel intuitive, enduring, and quietly aspirational. Spanning high-end residences, hospitality environments, apartment communities, boutique commercial spaces, heritage conservation, and landscape design, the work reflects a multidisciplinary and deeply contextual approach to the built environment.

A University Rank Holder in undergraduate architecture in 2016, Chandana went on to pursue postgraduate studies in Landscape Architecture, Urban Planning, and Sustainability, graduating with First Rank in 2019. Alongside professional practice, published research in urban sustainability reflects a continued engagement with the evolving dialogue between architecture, ecology, and contemporary urban life.
